Resort Policies for a Pleasant Stay - Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa

For the enjoyment of all guests, Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa observes the following guidelines.

Proper pool attire is required
Outside food and beverage is prohibited at the resort pools
Guests will be accommodated upon arrival, reserving pool chairs is not permitted
Items left unattended at the resort pools are subject to removal
The resort pools are non-smoking areas
Music players and speakers are prohibited poolside
The resort pools are designated for registered guests
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at the resort pools
The Main Pool and Hideaway Pool are open between the hours of 6 AM to 11 PM

Pets are expected to abide by restaurant guidelines and as stated in pet waivers*

Any level of professional photography and filming will require pre-approval from the resort and we may ask to cease. Personal and private photography will be granted on an ad hoc basis*

*Policy extends resort-wide
